Purpose:
CSAN is committed to fostering an inclusive and engaged alumni community. We recognize that some alumni may experience financial hardship that prevents them from paying their annual membership dues. To ensure continued access to CSAN resources and networking opportunities, we have established a “membership stipend fund” which allows us to offer a one-year membership to eligible alumni who express financial need.  We are grateful to our members who have contributed to this fund to make this opportunity available.  Please read the policy below and submit your request if applicable. 

SPECIAL NOTE: This opportunity is available dependent on available “membership stipend funds”.

Eligibility & Application:

• The membership stipend is available to alumni who are unable to pay their annual dues due to financial hardship.
• This stipend is valid for one (1) year only.
• Alumni interested in receiving a membership stipend must complete the CSAN Membership Stipend Request form.

Giving Back to CSAN:

• While this stipend covers the cost of the annual membership dues, recipients are encouraged to contribute to CSAN in meaningful ways, including but not limited to:
• • Joining a committee to support CSAN initiatives.
  • Presenting a monthly webinar to share knowledge and expertise.
  • Assisting with the development of the MELA curriculum.

These contributions help sustain and strengthen our alumni network while providing professional growth opportunities for recipients.

Limitations & Responsibilities:

• The membership stipend solely covers annual membership dues.
• The recipient remains responsible for all other costs associated with CSAN participation, including but not limited to:
• Registration and travel expenses for the CSAN Summit
• Purchase of books, swag, or other materials.
• Any additional fees associated with specific CSAN programs or events.
